Commissioned oil painting. He wanted a dragon and rider, and that's what he got. I like the lighting on this one. Original is 15x20" illustration board.

Wow. Mon dieu. Beautiful, you're right about the lighting effects. The only suggestion I have is, if you haven't already, look into the aerodynamics of bat wings. I have to say that this looks gorgeous.

The lighting on this is really gorgeous, especially the way it highlights the scales and the rider. I like it a lot. :)
