Artist's Comments

Both pieces, "Stormwynd", and "Against the Tides" side by side as a set as they are intended to be.

What I tried to do was match the backgrounds as closely as possible, but given the stretch of time between the background on the unicorn (which was done back in 2005), and the background on the pegasus which was done recently, it was harder than I realized to match them exactly. Therefore they are not meant to be hung RIGHT next to each other, but a short distance away.

Both paintings will hopefully be at AnthroCon 2009 in the art show.
